Prevention Training
Bailey Environmental & Safety Training Consultants understands that while no one thing causes accidents, accidents can be prevented. B.E.S.T has experience with diverse manufacturing and construction projects and is very familiar with the types of hazards that lead to workplace accidents, exposures, injuries and illnesses
The term "accident prevention program" refers to your written plan to prevent accidents, illnesses, and injuries on the job. Your accident prevention program may be known as your safety and health plan, injury prevention program, or by some other name.
Let Bailey Environmental & Safety Training Consultants make your job easier . . .
The first step in creating a successful Accident Prevention Program is to develop an Accident Reduction Plan. We will work with you on an accident analysis to spot commonalities and tendencies in workplace behavior that we can target for change.
This analysis gives us insight into safety issues that lead to workplace accidents and injury, as well as illness related to the workplace, and serves as the basis for prevention plans. This information then allows us to develop a comprehensive Accident Prevention Program that helps change high-risk behavior and reduce accidents - as well as workers comp claims - significantly.

Workers Comp Management
Uncontrolled workers' compensation claims have a negative impact not only on a company's financial bottom line, but on a company's morale, productivity and profit potential. Every employer can implement strategies and procedures that allow them to manage their claims and not allow their claims to manage them.
When an employee is unable to work due to a work-related injury or illness, productivity falls and costs rise. The longer the injured employee stays out of work, the higher the costs. Aside from the direct costs of workers' compensation, indirect costs - such as hiring and training replacement workers - can increase your expenses and impact your profitability.
Understanding workers' compensation and managing workplace injuries and lowering costs allow companies to reduce their workers' compensation aggravation. Back to work Program Development Training, along with managing workers comp is essential to your business.
